PREMATURE DELIVERY WORK: ASSOCIATED CONDITIONS

Objective: to identify which risk factors / clinical conditions are frequently associated with premature labor in a reference maternity for high risk. Method: this is quantitative, descriptive, documentary study. In the population studied, it was understood that pregnant women diagnosed admitted ward of public hospital from June September 2018. Results: identified that, 40 women, 21 (52.5% ) were 20 34 years old and, relation parity, 24 (60%) multigravid; cases presented some condition diagnosis labor, Urinary Tract Infection most incident complication, corresponding 27 (65%) cases. Conclusion: appears development were: maternal age, parity and complications such as Infection. It seen up professionals involved prenatal care provide adequate support mothers family members, based on solidarity welcome, also combining technical scientific knowledge order reduce morbidity mortality.
